No Returns
All sales are final. Due to the personal care nature of our soap products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes of mind
- Allergic reactions
- Incorrect orders
- Dissatisfaction with product
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we do strive to provide the best possible products and service. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Detailed description of the issue
